This cocktail takes influence from Alexander McQueen's catwalk creations, fusing traditional far eastern elements with the contemporary west.
Recipe
- 75ml cold early grey tea
- Sugar cube size piece of fresh ginger
- 3/4 bar spoons of runny honey
- 15ml lemon juice
Instructions
- Muddle the ginger with the honey then add the lemon and tea
- Shake with ice in a cocktails shaker the double strain into an ice filled highball
- Top up with Old Jamaica Light and garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of orange
