Recipe
- 2 passion fruits
- Dash of passion fruit syrup
- 12.5ml lemon
- Dash lemon bitters
- Old Jamaica Light
Instructions
- Rim the cocktail glass with sugar syrup and dip onto a sheet of gold leaf to line the glass
- Using a cocktail shaker mix all the ingredients together with ice except the ginger beer
- Double strain into a frozen cocktail glass
- Top up with very cold Old Jamaica Light
