Candy Pansies

Block candy colours and graphic florals are bold statements by House of Holland and Matthew Williamson for this summer.


Recipe

  • 50ml raspberry puree
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10ml lime juice
  • Dash orange bitters
  • 20ml fresh orange juice
  • Old Jamaica Light

Instructions

  • Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into long champagne glass
  • Top up with Old Jamaica Light, garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint
